Incentives
- Recent graduates of an accredited technical school (graduated within the last 24 months): $625 per month tuition reimbursement for 2 years ($15,000 total).

- Apprentice: $4,000

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed; provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a service technician required.
- Strong automotive background.
- Manufacturer ASE certifications preferred.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
