Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of construction equipment operation

Qualifications

• Strong physical fitness and stamina
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Skills

• Proficient in operating mainline excavators
• Knowledgeable in construction site safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
