Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support complex Mainframe applications in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL environments.
• Support mission-critical production environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert or escalation point on related technology.
• Research complex technical problems and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IBM Mainframe experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in Cleveland, OH is $80,000 to $90,000. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
