Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair work was completed
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of service work and estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Previous experience as a service technician required
• Technical school certificate/education preferred
