As an Assistant Service Advisor, you will support the Service Advisors and service drive by helping manage guest flow, communication, and administrative tasks while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a training-focused role designed to develop into a Service Advisor position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival to the service drive and assist with check-in and check-out
• Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and support ongoing guest communication
• Prepare and assemble repair quotes for review by Service Advisors
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment in the service drive and waiting areas
• Support workflow efficiency during peak service hours

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Prior customer service experience

Pay

$18.00/hour plus bonuses.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday (Saturdays required).
