Main Banker I - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Service all cashiers and team member exchanges throughout the shift.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and accurate.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports, W2G tax forms, and multiple transactions logs.
• Accurately record all duties and responsibilities.
• Answer customer questions courteously and professionally.
• Verify and document personal ID information for various transactions.
• Make exchanges with Main bank, Marker bank, and Chip bank.
• Cash out customers and give correct change.
• Become familiar with the casino credit application process.
• Perform Player Services loyalty transactions.
• Clean and wash chips.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year cashier or banking experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.
• Physical requirements include standing 100%, walking 50%, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling/pushing up to 75 lbs. with help, and working in locations with loud noise, visual distractions, and temperature changes.
