Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Complies with State Regulations and Company Internal Controls.
• Responsible for accountability of funds including main bank, reserve bank, hard count, soft count, marker bank, front window, cage inventories, self redemption and automated kiosks.
• Responsible for tracking inventory of coin and currency.
• Transports all funds between main bank, cage and slot floor.
• Responsible for all Cashier Turn-Ins between cage and main bank.
• Completes necessary paperwork for variances and accountability.
• Reimpresses self redemption and automated kiosks.
• Verifies the buy of soft drop.
• Maintains self-redemption stations.
• Prepares and verifies daily deposits.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• One (1) year Cage, Banking and/or Cashiering Experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

Education and Experience

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs. without difficulty, repeatedly.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
