The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the job posting: 1. Company description/mission - this is prose, could be an "About the Company" or similar, but the rules say use h3 for specific headings like "About the role". The posting starts with company mission, then "About The Role" section. 2. "About The Role" - this is a section heading. Should be

    About the Role

(note: the rule says "About the role" as example, but the posting says "About The Role". I'll use the posting's wording but maybe normalize to "About the Role"). 3. "Key Responsibilities" - this is a list of duties. Should be

    Responsibilities

(or "Key Responsibilities"? The rule says "Responsibilities" as example heading. I'll use "Responsibilities"). 4. "Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise" - this is requirements/qualifications. Should be

    Requirements

or "Qualifications". The rule says "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills". I'll use "Requirements" as heading. 5. "Location" - this is a section about location. Could be "Location" heading. 6. "Benefits That Support Your Success" - this is benefits. Should be

    Benefits

. 7. "Our Core Values" - this is company values, not a standard job posting section. Might be considered boilerplate? But it's specific to the company. The rules say remove boilerplate, but this is company-specific values. However, the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." This might be considered thin. But it's part of the posting. I'll include it as a section maybe "Core Values". 8. "Equal Employment Opportunity Employer" - this is EEO boilerplate, should be removed. Also, there's no Pay or Schedule section explicitly. The benefits mention "Market-driven salary and bonus opportunities" but not specific pay. So no Pay section. Schedule not mentioned. Now, I need to structure the HTML. Let me outline: -

    About the Role

    ... description ...

    -

    Responsibilities

    • Lead daily mailroom operations...
    • ... each bullet point from the list.
    -

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience...
    • ... each bullet point.
    -

    Location

All Reprise Financial team members in this role must be based at our office... Irving, TX.

    -

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage...
    • ... each benefit bullet.
    -

    Core Values

    • Pursue Excellence: ...
    • ...
But note: The rules say "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." The core values are a list, so ul/li. Also, the company mission at the top: "Reprise Financial is on a mission to simplify..." That's prose about the company. Could be included as a preamble before sections? The rules don't forbid a leading paragraph. But the rules say "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title isn't given in the text, but the posting is for "Mailroom Team Lead". The page already shows it, so we shouldn't include a heading for the job title. The company description could be a

at the top. But the rules say "Output ONLY the HTML fragment". So I can start with a

for company description, then sections. However, the rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must have a company description section. But we can include a leading paragraph. I'll include the company mission as a

before the first heading. Now, let's extract the content precisely. Company description: Two paragraphs: first about mission, second about workplace culture. I'll combine into one or two

tags. About The Role: The paragraph after "About The Role" heading. Key Responsibilities: List of 13 bullet points (I count 13). Each should be a

    • . Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise: List of 14 bullet points (I count 14). Each
    • . Location: One paragraph. Benefits That Support Your Success: List of 6 bullet points (Stay Healthy & Happy, Secure Your Future, Time That Works for You, Support for Growing Families, Competitive Rewards, Tools for Success). Each is a bullet with description. I'll make each a
    • with the bolded title and description. Core Values: List of 6 values with descriptions. Each
    • . EEO: Remove. Now, ensure no filler. All content is substantive. Now, write HTML. Note: The rules say "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." There's no Job ID in the posting. Also, "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The EEO section is removed. No application instructions present. Now, produce HTML fragment. I'll write:

The Mailroom Team Lead oversees the daily operation of Reprise Financial’s mail room, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail, customer payments, and sensitive documents are received, processed, and routed accurately, securely, and on time. In addition to performing core mailroom functions, this position serves as the team’s day-to-day lead: assigning and prioritizing work, training and guiding Mailroom Associates, serving as the first point of escalation, and partnering with Loan Accounting, Customer Service, Collections, and Compliance to keep work flowing. This position is responsible for upholding strong controls over payment handling and confidential information to minimize risk and potential losses.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead daily mailroom operations, assigning and prioritizing work across Mailroom Associates to meet same-day processing deadlines and departmental SLAs.
      • Train, coach, and support mailroom associates on procedures, quality standards, and controls; provide input to management on performance and development.
      • Oversee the receipt, opening, sorting, and logging of all incoming mail, including customer payments (checks, money orders, cashier’s checks) and correspondence.
      • Maintain dual control and chain-of-custody procedures for all payments received, ensuring checks are logged, balanced, and delivered or scanned for deposit the same day.
      • Identify and route time-sensitive and legal correspondence (e.g., bankruptcy notices, garnishments, subpoenas, disputes, and payoff requests) to the appropriate department promptly.
      • Oversee scanning and indexing of incoming documents into the document management system, performing quality checks for accuracy, legibility, and completeness.
      • Manage outgoing mail and shipments, including customer letters, paid-in-full letters, payoff quotes, and overnight/courier packages; operate and reconcile the postage meter and shipping accounts.
      • Process returned and undeliverable mail, updating records and notifying the appropriate teams so customer information can be corrected.
      • Protect customer personal and financial information in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements, including secure storage, clean desk practices, and secure document destruction.
      • Track and report daily mail and payment volumes, turnaround times, and exceptions; recommend process improvements to reduce errors, eliminate redundancies, and increase efficiency.
      • Maintain and update mailroom procedures and desk guides, ensuring they reflect current practice and are followed consistently.
      • Manage mail room supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships (e.g., USPS, courier, and print/mail vendors), escalating service issues as needed.
      • Respond to internal inquiries regarding mail, payments, and shipments within SLAs, and serve as backup to Mailroom Associates during peak volumes or absences.
      • Promote a cooperative, accountable, and productive work environment, and provide support to other departments on an as needed basis.

      Requirements

      • 4+ years of experience in mailroom, mail services, or document processing operations, preferably in financial services or a similar regulated industry
      • 1+ year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or trainer role preferred
      • Experience handling customer payments and checks with strong adherence to controls and audit requirements
      • Familiarity with Shaw Retail or a similar loan servicing system preferred
      • Experience with postage meters, shipping/courier platforms, and high-volume scanning or imaging equipment
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for volume tracking and reporting
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
      • Proven ability to organize and prioritize work for a team, delegate effectively, and adjust quickly to changing volumes
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written
      • Ability to work well with all levels of management and personnel within the organization
      • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional demean
