Mail Services Rep Associate | Fully On-Site

The Role

The Mail Services Representative Associate supports the daily operations of the mailroom by assisting with the secure and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail. In a financial services organization, this entry-level role helps maintain efficient mail workflows, supports internal teams, and ensures a high level of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries in accordance with internal routing procedures.
• Prepare, process, and send outgoing mail—including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers—ensuring accuracy, appropriate packaging, and cost-effective shipping methods.
• Maintain secure handling procedures for documents containing personal identifiable information (PII) and financial data.
• Track and document high value or time-sensitive shipments.
• Afford operational support by assisting with bulk mailings, interoffice deliveries, and special distribution projects.
• Maintain logs, records, and tracking systems for mail volumes, package deliveries, and courier services.
• Participate in team and special assignments as required to meet business needs.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

Qualifications

• 2 or more years’ experience required.
• High school diploma required.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $51,000
