Join our team as a Mail Services Associate! We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and provide exceptional customer service while managing mail operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, processing, and distributing packages and documents.
  • Manage the daily operations of the mailroom, ensuring all mail is processed promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and colleagues regarding mail services.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to mail handling and security.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
