Lead Mail Service Associate responsible for managing a team of Mail Service Associates, ensuring efficient and accurate mail processing, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Mail Service Associates to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in mail processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
