About the role

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 4 accurately fills and counts medications. This role assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative, operational, and customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by collaborating with the inventory supply team. Decisions involve setting daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors, coordinating work activities, and monitoring progress toward schedules and goals. This role often oversees the work of others and/or serves as the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product, or technology. Works within broad guidelines with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced and highly specialized administrative, operational, and customer support duties.
  • Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team.
  • Set daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors.
  • Coordinate work activities and monitor progress toward schedules and goals.
  • Oversee the work of others and serve as the primary administrative owner of key processes, programs, products, or technologies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of technical experience in a retail, clinical, or mail-order pharmacy.
  • 1–5 years of leadership experience.
  • Active registration/license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • National certification (PTCB CPhT) (preferred).

Pay

The pay range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The range may vary based on geographic location, and individual pay will depend on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$48,300 – $65,900 per year.

Schedule

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
