Job Description Summary

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 1 accurately fills and counts medications. The role performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Inventory levels are managed by working with the supply team. Decisions are typically focused on interpreting departmental policies and methods for completing tasks. This role works within defined parameters, identifying work expectations and quality standards, and has some latitude over prioritization and timing, working under minimal direction.

About the Role

This role works within a caring community environment at Park75 Union Center, 9843 Windisch Road West Chester Twp, OH 45069. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after 6 months). Work hours are 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday between 6 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST, with potential overtime based on business needs. The role is non-retail, no drive-thru, and no direct customer-facing stress.

Requirements

  • Active pharmacy technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting
  • Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meet business needs
  • Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Moderate working knowledge of Excel

Qualifications

  • Required: Active pharmacy technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
  • Preferred: Experience in pharmacy dispensing
  • Preferred: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Moderate working knowledge of Excel
