About the role

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for consumer lending products, promote banking products, ensure high-quality service, and generate profit.
• Attract new clients and maintain existing ones.
• Collect and analyze documents required for assessing client creditworthiness; verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Record operations related to consumer lending in the SAB T24 system.
• Prepare documents for transferring problematic loans to the Problem Loans Department, adhering to established deadlines and internal regulations.
• Prepare reports in accordance with procedures and regulatory deadlines.
• Promote and sell insurance products in compliance with regulations and meet individual sales volume targets.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in finance or banking.
• Fluent in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage).
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in PC software, SAB T24, and Creatio.
• Knowledge of current legislation in the Republic of Moldova and internal regulatory acts.
• Familiarity with banking products offered to individual clients.
