Job Summary

Magic Adventures School Age Childcare Program is seeking responsible adults passionate about working with children Pre-K - Grade 5. Summer program positions start June 9, 2026, with shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Potential to work during the school year before and after school programs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise children in assigned areas with daily activities, as delegated.
  • Manage students' behaviors and enforce program rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Participate in the cleaning, organizing, and setting up of games, materials, and supplies as needed.
  • Record-keeping, including attendance, discipline reports, health and safety reports, and other reports as required.
  • Communicate positively with parents regarding child's arrival and departure.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information.
  • Work with diverse students and families.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment (certification provided free of charge).
  • Previous school age child care experience preferred.

Benefits

This position is subject to the Education Support Specialist contract. Hourly wage based on experience ($15.59/hr-$20.59/hr).
