What you’ll do Confirm daily trade activity and manage exceptions across bonds, repos, interest rate swaps, loans, credit, FX, futures, options, and other over-the-counter derivativesManage verification and reconciliation of all positions to prime brokers, futures commission merchants, and trading counterpartiesPartner with portfolio managers, traders, external trading counterparties, prime brokers, and futures commission merchants to resolve trade-related issues promptlyHelp monitor and reduce foreign currency exposure through the execution of FX transactionsRespond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external clients with accurate analysis and clear follow-throughParticipate in onboarding new portfolio manager teamsSupport account setup, platform training, and third-party connectivity during onboardingIdentify automation, efficiency, and control opportunities to improve daily trade support processes What’s Required Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related fieldKnowledge of fixed income and derivatives products with experience in swaps and broadly syndicated loansExperience with ClearPar for broadly syndicated loan trade affirmationSuperior problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong work ethic, self-motivation, and confidenceAbility to work independently with a high attention to detail and a focus on deliverables that meet best-in-class standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to a changing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a basic understanding of VBA Commitment to the highest ethical standards We take care of our people We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
