Purpose of the Role

The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Assist traders and portfolio managers with day-to-day issues regarding trade bookings and/or trade settlement
• Capture all securities trades for the US teams, assist UK team as needed
• Provide support to London in the US afternoon
• Liaise with various operations teams to resolve downstream issues

Responsibilities

• Work with traders/portfolio managers to resolve all trading and/or booking issues
• Research and respond to all trade/position break emails from internal teams throughout the day
• Monitor and assist with the management of US timed option expiries
• Liaise with Compliance around fund limits and monitor to make sure positions are correct
• Liaise with departments such as Legal/Compliance/Investment Teams/IT and the Settlement Team on a regular basis
• Manage the handover from London in the US afternoon and back to London at the US close
• Deal with any ad-hoc operational issues that may arise

Pay

US Pay Range: $90,000 USD – $110,000 USD

Compensation packages include benefits and a discretionary bonus.
