Purpose of the Role
The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Assist traders and portfolio managers with day-to-day issues regarding trade bookings and/or trade settlement
- Capture all securities trades for the US teams, assist UK team as needed
- Provide support to London in the US afternoon
- Liaise with various operations teams to resolve downstream issues
Responsibilities
- Work with traders/portfolio managers to resolve all trading and/or booking issues
- Research and respond to all trade/position break emails from internal teams throughout the day
- Monitor and assist with the management of US timed option expiries
- Liaise with Compliance around fund limits and monitor to make sure positions are correct
- Liaise with departments such as Legal/Compliance/Investment Teams/IT and the Settlement Team on a regular basis
- Manage the handover from London in the US afternoon and back to London at the US close
- Deal with any ad-hoc operational issues that may arise

Pay
US Pay Range: $90,000 USD – $110,000 USD
Benefits
Compensation packages include benefits and a discretionary bonus.
