Machinist/Tool & Die (Full-Time)

About the role

This role requires working across all three shifts and utilizing manual Tool & Die skills. Employees must successfully complete a formal 6-month training program and adhere to safety policies, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards. The position involves ensuring product quality, accurately completing process and quality documentation, and performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate with limited supervision and communicate respectfully with team members.
• Maintain safety protocols and support quality assurance processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of practical Tool & Die experience, demonstrated through work-based assessments.
