Key Responsibilities
- Define machining sequence or production work order
- Assemble and prepare tools and equipment
- Prepare, complete and install tools and/or clamping devices
- Enter processing data and simulate production process
- Operate work order related production program
- Check results and correct program if necessary
- Control and document work order progress
- Oversee activities of auxiliary personnel, if required
- Carry out minor maintenance work
- Cooperate with maintenance to identify and resolve failures, if required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and Journeyman Certification or equivalent experience
- Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
- Able to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Vocationally trained in Technical
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
