MACHINIST II

CINC Industries is located in Carson City, Nevada, and designs, manufactures, sells, and supports a series of centrifuges used in a variety of fields and applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, flavors and fragrances, and many others.

About the role

The CNC Machinist II position is a full‑time, permanent role responsible for operating both conventional and CNC machine tools to produce metallic and non‑metallic components according to detailed specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and travelers for part specifications.
• Establish machining parameters (fixtures, machining aids, speeds and feeds, sequence of operations) with limited supervision.
• Operate conventional and CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Observe machine operation and verify conformance of machined parts using calibrated measuring devices.
• Confere with engineers, production personnel, programmers, and others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
• Provide input to improve processes and create efficiencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of machining experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lb.
• Walk and stand in an environment of moderate sound.
• Reach with arms and hands.

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with available overtime.

Pay
