About the role

As a Thread Roller at Regal Rexnord, you will set up, calibrate, and operate CNC and manual machinery—including thread rolling, straightening, annealing, sawing, deburring, and inspection—to produce precision components according to specifications. This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of machining principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Set up machines, run first piece inspections, and maintain production.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Use of inspection equipment such as micrometers, pitch micrometers, indicator micrometers, calipers, lead checker, thread gauges, length gages, and tape measures.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good organizational skills and ability to perform and maintain 5S.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good reading and comprehension.
• Ability to work long periods standing; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs).
• Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, and walk repetitively.
• Work with oils, coolants, and lubricants.
• Willingness to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour.
