PCB manufactures sensors used by design engineers and predictive maintenance professionals to test and measure vibration, pressure, force, acoustics, load and shock for test, measurement, monitoring and control requirements. Responsibilities
- Work from drawings and/or written instructions to operate manual or CNC machinery and equipment to produce precision parts under direct supervision.
- Verify conformance of finished work to ensure compliance to tolerance and company specifications.
- Identify dull or worn inserts or tools.
- Make tool offsets under supervision.
- Aware of required preventative maintenance.
- Learn to perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform other related duties as directed.

- Basic mechanical ability
- General knowledge of CNC/Manual machines
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Basic shop math skills, basic blueprint reading skills, basic mechanical ability, general knowledge of CNC/Manual machines.
- Preferred qualifications: Machine shop experience, demonstrated problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience in order of operations, ability to apply concepts of trigonometry, inspection measuring equipment exposure and/or knowledge.
