Responsibilities

• Adjust and set specific equipment to carry out machining operations based on dossiers and blueprints.
• Use appropriate machining tools and ensure they remain in good condition.
• Machine pre-production items and prototypes, following established controls to validate the first items in a production run.
• Identify potential improvements to reduce wastage and maintain production timelines.
• Detect machining faults and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure required traceability (product/process) and report on work completed.
• Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
• Provide technical support and mentor new employees.
