Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Machines and Horizontal Milling Machines.
• This includes making programs, using 2D and 3D, all accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a variety of small machines, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out quality checks on an ongoing basis to ensure job is within tolerance.
• Provide continuous guidance to Tool & Die Associates as assigned.
• Abside by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations.
• Maintain stock of all machine cutters and carbide inserts.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices.
• Perform other duties as required.

  Position Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year experience and/or training; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Work Experience / Technical Training: Familiar with Fanuc and Fidia controls and run 3 and 5-axis machines. Preferred CAD experience. Must be able to read/interpret blueprints accurately.

      Pay Range

      $30.10 - $38.98 per hour
