Job Duties
- Inspects own work to prints and uses time management skills.
- Maximizes set-ups and tooling of present and future jobs, utilizes cycle time for additional operations and works at a speed necessary to exceed rates the majority of the time.
- Maintains an exceptional level of quality according to standards on all parts.
- Sets up and operates machines independently.
- Performs some preventive and corrective maintenance duties as requested.
- May assist in training cell personnel when asked to do so.
- Meets safety and good 5S practices.
- Follows all quality procedures and achieves line of sight requirements.
- Able to work within a team.
Essential Job Functions
- Able to load a part into a machine, run the machine, remove the part and inspect.
- Meets quality expectations.
- Performs preventive maintenance.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
Education, Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar shop setting.

Compensation Information
The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour.
