Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual grinding equipment.
- Machine and repair precision aerospace components to close tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, pi tapes, and other precision measuring tools.
- Change tooling and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and complete inspection documentation.
- Operate overhead cranes and safely handle parts and materials.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating grinding equipment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
Pay
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Due to business needs, a shift differential of $1-$3/hour is applied based on assigned workdays. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available.

Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs, Monday-Sunday) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
