Machining Production Management (Block) Co-OP/ Intern Fall 2026

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Currently enrolled in an Operations or Engineering Program and have completed their Sophomore year of College.
• Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills.
• Problem solving and individual initiative to take ownership of issues and lead to resolution are highly desirable.
• Strong desire to learn about managing a production team and equipment.
• Learn Lean Mfg and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Develop metrics and reporting of assigned area (with mentor).
• Work with Engineers, Technical Specialists and Maintenance team to ensure output.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift.
• Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week.
• MS office knowledge, specifically excel spreadsheets and graphs.
• A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable.
