Description
Lead and support daily machining department operations
Manage all aspects of quality, safety, production and coaching opportunities
Communicate and execute all change overs with Line Operators (General Associates)
Ensure all end of shift information is accurate and recorded
Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions
Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues
Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Mechanical or manufacturing experience
Prior leadership or training experience
Knowledge of quality systems and process controls

Physical Requirements

- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and safety glasses
- Ability to distinguish colors and read gauges, meters, labels, and process documentation
