Machine Seibi Technician

About the role

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Machine Seibi Technician for a temporary assignment in Princeton, IN. This is a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and prepare it for manufacturing production
• Perform on-site robot programming and interlocking
• Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended
• Prepare and confirm new body weld equipment at vendors
• Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production
• Develop equipment countermeasures during set up and trials
• Travel to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico; commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Degree in industrial maintenance or related field
• 1+ years of Toyota PE Seibi experience
• 3+ years of automotive experience
• Experience with mentoring and/or technical training

• Work Authorization: Green Card, US Citizen
• Travel Required: 50% and more

Pay

USD 35.00 - USD 43.00 Per Hour
