We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Company Description: Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" is about the company, not role. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Company Description: could go under "About the role"? Or maybe we can create a section "About the role" containing description of role and company? The instruction says use those headings for section headings. Likely "About the role" includes overview of role and maybe company. We'll include company description there. - Job Description: includes responsibilities etc. We'll extract responsibilities bullet list. - Qualifications: required and preferred. - Additional Information: includes benefits etc. - "What Success Looks Like": maybe part of responsibilities or qualifications? Could be under "About the role"? Might be considered as "Responsibilities"? Actually it's about success metrics. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe a separate section but not in list. Since only allowed headings are those, we should fit content into those. We have benefits: "We offer excellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, vacation, personal days, and dental and vision options." Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule. Skills: Could be derived from qualifications? Might be separate but we can include Skills section if we have specific skill statements. The qualifications include: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through implementation, strong mechanical aptitude, practical problem-solving skills, experience working with fabrication vendors, etc. Also preferred experience with CAD, prototyping, ergonomics, etc. Those could be skills. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. But we must not duplicate content. Let's decide: - About the role: company description + role overview (first paragraph of job description). Could include: "Eurofins Food & Feed Testing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop practical engineering solutions that eliminate workplace hazards across our laboratory network. This position focuses on designing, validating, and implementing engineered solutions that enhance employee safety while maintaining (or improving) process quality and operational performance." - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Design and develop engineering controls..." etc. We'll extract bullet points. - Requirements: maybe the required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, etc.) Could be separate from Qualifications? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are mandatory, Qualifications could be both required and preferred? But we have both Required and Preferred under "Qualifications". To avoid duplication, we could put Required under Requirements, and Preferred under Qualifications (or Skills). However the instruction says use those headings when posting has real specific content. We have both required and preferred content. So we can have: Requirements: Required qualifications (Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years experience, demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through implementation, strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills, experience working with fabrication vendors, machine shops, equipment suppliers, or maintenance organizations, excellent communication and project management skills.) Qualifications: Preferred qualifications (Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar. Experience with prototyping and product development. Experience with ergonomics, human factors engineering, or material handling systems. Experience in laboratory, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, or regulated environments. Familiarity with automation, robotics, machine guarding, or industrial equipment. Familiarity with validation activities and change management processes.) Skills: Could be derived from both? But we might not need Skills if we already covered in Requirements and Qualifications. However we could still include Skills if we have specific skill statements not covered elsewhere. But to avoid thin sections, maybe we omit Skills if not needed. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. That's five sections. Check if we have any content for Benefits: yes. Now we need to format using

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove lines: "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Eurofins USA Food Testing is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer." Also remove "Other duties as assignd." (typo). Also remove "As a Eurofins employee, you will become part of a company that has received national recognition as a great place to work!" maybe that's fluff but could be part of About the role? It's about company recognition; could be included but it's not boilerplate? It's still company description. Might keep but it's somewhat generic. However it's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's a positive statement; we could keep. But to be safe, maybe include it in About the role as part of company description. Also remove "This role offers a unique opportunity to solve meaningful engineering challenges that directly impact hundreds of employees across one of North America’s largest food testing laboratory network. You will have the opportunity to design equipment, improve processes, develop new technologies, and create practical solutions that make laboratory work safer, easier, and more efficient. If you enjoy building, designing, testing, and implementing real-world solutions, this role offers the chance to see your ideas deployed at scale and make a lasting impact across the organization." This is more about role; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's more about opportunity; could be included in About the role. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details from the posting, except boilerplate. Thus we need to include all sentences from the job description that are substantive. Let's extract the full text and decide where each piece goes.
