Machine Operators & Packagers - 2nd Shift

About the role

Packagers, Sanders, and Sprayers are needed for our growing team. Must have an excellent work attendance record, be eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter. Must also be a team player and willing to work overtime when needed. Overtime may include working an occasional Saturday, but Sundays are never worked.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed instructions to package, sand, and spray wood components
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments
• Work flexible hours, typically Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications
