Machine Operators 1st & 2nd shift

We’re hiring Machine Operators for a well‑known manufacturer in Bow, NH. This hands‑on role involves working with machinery, producing quality products, and being part of a reliable, team‑oriented environment.

Bow, NH

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday‑Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday‑Thursday (Friday OFF)

Pay

$20‑$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roll‑forming and related machinery
• Perform tooling changeovers and maintain setup charts
• Adjust equipment to meet dimensional and quality standards
• Complete routine maintenance and record service performed
• Assist in training team members on basic machine operations
• Use band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material‑handling tools
• Tag coils accurately for inventory tracking
• Inspect finished goods for quality, width, and length
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lb
• Able to stand, walk, and pivot throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on concrete floors and in varying temperatures
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Pre‑employment physical required
