Machine Operator - TPO

About the role

The Machine Technician is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. The role is located in a commercial facility, making TPO products, and operates on a rotating schedule between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assure all activities are performed safely
• Produce high-quality products consistently
• Generate timely, consistent reports
• Communicate positively with co-workers and leaders

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
• Demonstrated intermediate communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
• Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures
• Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to read and interpret measurements

Pay

Base Hourly Rate: $35.92

Schedule

Rotating schedule between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
