Machine Operator/TIG Welder

• - Apply concepts used in fabrication, production, and inventory.
• - Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• - Write simple correspondence.
• - Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with a tape measure.
• - Read, analyze, and interpret shop orders, blueprints, and procedures.
• - Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• - Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• - Comply with company rules, policies, and safety/environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Required Qualifications
• - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• - One to three years related experience
• - Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• - Certified TIG Welder. 2 years experience required
• - Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
