About the Role
Sets up and operates a variety of manual equipment typically used by machinists, including manual vertical mills, drill presses, radial drills, hones, and Blanchard grinders. The successful candidate will machine parts to specifications, observe machine operations, and verify accuracy using precision measurement tools.

- Machine parts to precise specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Verify work piece accuracy using precision measurement tools.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-year A.A.S. Degree in CNC Machining Technology or 3-5 years of CNC Machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- WorkKeys Certification: National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Certificate Level or higher), preferred.
- Experience operating manual mills, drill presses, radial drills, hones, and Blanchard grinders, preferred.
Pay
Incentive-based pay structure with progression:
- Starting rate: $28.94/hour
- 3 months: $29.35/hour
- 6 months: $29.87/hour
- 9 months: $30.36/hour
- 12 months: $30.88/hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Climate-controlled environment.
