Machine Operator- Printing Finishing Operations
About the role
Baesman Group is hiring Finishing Machine Operators to operate equipment that completes printed products, including cutting, folding, inserting, and preparing jobs for final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and ensures quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)
- Keep production moving while meeting daily output goals
- Check quality and make adjustments when needed
- Track production and complete required documentation
- Help reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues early
