The primary responsibility is to operate padder machines to produce finished garments. Duties include setting up machines, monitoring production, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
- Operate padder machines to produce finished garments
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Monitor production levels and adjust as necessary
- Inspect products for quality and make corrections as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in garment manufacturing
- Basic understanding of sewing and garment production processes
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency with padder machines
- Knowledge of basic sewing techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
