Nature of Duties
- Assemble electronic products and components according to instructions and visual aids.
- Set up and operate production equipment following standard procedures and profiles.
- Utilize quality practices to ensure assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.
- Monitor and inspect products for quality issues; take pride in the accuracy of your own work.
- Perform basic operator maintenance for manufacturing equipment and keep accurate logs.
- Comply with all safety guidelines, including safe handling and disposal materials.
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the production floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace.
Technical & General Requirements
- Must read and understand English instructions to follow detailed product specifications and quality guidelines.
- Must understand and comprehend spoken and written English to follow all workplace safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Basic familiarity with computers.
- General comfort level around manufacturing or production machinery (experience is a plus, but not required).
- Soldering experience is a plus, but not required.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for a regular 8-hour work shift.
- Availability for overtime and weekend work as required (in addition to a standard 40-hour work week).
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
