Responsibilities
- Tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative 3Mers.
- Support manufacturing operations by executing processes and initiatives that drive product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop technical knowledge and operational expertise to support training and mentoring opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas through continuous improvement and employee suggestion programs.
- Follow established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements while maintaining product quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Training or experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Previous Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) and/or forklift operating experience.
- Experience operating grinding, extrusion, or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Experience following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
