Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative 3Mers.
• Support manufacturing operations by executing processes and initiatives that drive product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop technical knowledge and operational expertise to support training and mentoring opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas through continuous improvement and employee suggestion programs.
• Follow established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements while maintaining product quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Training or experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Previous Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) and/or forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating grinding, extrusion, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Experience following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Pay

• The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.95.
• This wage represents a good faith estimate for this position.
