Shift Details
- Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm + one weekend shift
- Monday-Friday 3 pm-11 pm + one weekend shift
- Monday-Friday 11 pm-7 am + one weekend shift

- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Stack and move finished goods safely
- Complete production paperwork and track scrap
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
- Communicate with team members and report any issues
- A high school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals
- Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
- Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
