About the Role

This position is for a Machine Operator – Manual Bar Lathe & Finishing Processes. The role involves operating a manual bar lathe to machine parts and completing various finishing processes, including heat treating, passivation, and electropolishing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual bar lathe to machine parts.
• Operate heat treat oven to heat treat parts as required.
• Operate passivation and wash tanks to treat parts as required.
• Operate the electropolish tank to electropolish parts as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of machining experience.
• Experience reading engineering blueprints/drawings.
• Experience with heat treating, passivation, and electropolish processes is a plus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (climate-controlled environment).
