Machine Operator (LTC Operator) - 3rd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) $25.31/hr. +$1.00 Shift Differential
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key info:
- Title: Machine Operator (LTC Operator) - 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) $25.31/hr. +$1.00 Shift Differential
But we don't repeat title.
- Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for 2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight) reporting to the shift supervisor. The metal forming LTC operator will be responsible for operating machines/sets of machines, which includes setup, operation, inspection, and adjustments of machinery. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- What you will do: list bullet points.
- What you will bring: list of qualifications/requirements.
- Within 3 months, you’ll: list of expectations (maybe could be part of responsibilities or qualifications? Could be "What you'll achieve" but not a required heading. We can include under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Expectations". But only allowed headings are given list; we should not create new headings. So we need to fit that content into existing sections. Could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Qualifications. Probably "What you will bring" is qualifications/requirements. "Within 3 months, you’ll:" could be considered as "What you will achieve" but not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Responsibilities (like early objectives) or maybe under a "Qualifications" as expected development. But better to put under Responsibilities as early objectives? Might be okay.
- Who we are: description of Atkore (company info). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The allowed headings include "About the role". We can put company description there.
- Pay: "As of the date of this posting, a good-faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $25.31/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors..." Also mention shift differential +$1.00/hr. So we have pay info.
- Benefits: list medical, vision, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, any leave required under law. Also note vesting and eligibility, collective bargaining agreement.
- Schedule: The posting mentions shift times: 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) and also "2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight)". There's some inconsistency: The title says 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) but who we are looking for says 4:00 PM- Midnight. Might be a mistake but we need to preserve both? Probably we should include schedule info as given: The shift is 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) with $1.00 shift differential. Also mention that they are looking for 2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight). Could combine? Might be confusing. We'll include schedule as stated: 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM). Also note the shift differential.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal. The posting includes "Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis." That's application instruction; we should drop it. Also "This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement..." that's not boilerplate? It's substantive about terms; we can keep as part of Benefits or maybe a note. It's not boilerplate; it's a condition. We'll keep.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Machine Operator
.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll decide sections:
- About the role: company description (Who we are). Could also include brief role overview? But we have separate responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "Who we are looking for" and "What you will do" and maybe "Within 3 months, you’ll".
- Requirements: maybe "What you will bring" (education/experience, physical abilities, etc.)
- Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed separately if covered in Requirements.
We need to use for each section heading.
We'll produce:

Pay
As of the date of this posting, a good‑faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $25.31 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Placement within the range depends on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs, and may change over time. Other compensation may include overtime, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
Schedule
2nd shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (with the $1.00 shift differential noted above). The role is for 2nd‑shift LTC operators reporting to the shift supervisor.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis." We omitted. Check for any repeated content: We included "Within the first three months..." under Responsibilities. Good. Check for any missing substantive info: The posting also mentions "Metal forming LTC operator will be responsible for operating machines/sets of machines, which includes setup, operation, inspection, and adjustments of machinery." Already covered. "Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area." Covered. "What you will do:" bullet list covered. "What you will bring:" covered. "Within 3 months, you’ll:" covered. "Who we are:" covered. "As of the date of this posting, a good-faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $25.31/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors..." covered. "Other compensation may include, but is not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives." covered under Pay. "Benefits available include: Medical, vision, and dental insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance 401k Paid Time Off Paid holidays Any leave required under federal, state, or local law Benefits Are Subject To Vesting And Eligibility Requirements." covered. "This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement. In the event of a conflict between the agreement and this posting, the terms of the collective bargaining agreement will control." covered under Benefits. We omitted "Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis." Good. We also omitted the duplicated line "Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for 2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight) reporting to the shift supervisor." We included that in schedule? Actually we included schedule line: "The role is for 2nd‑shift LTC operators reporting to the shift supervisor." but we didn't include the time (4:00 PM- Midnight). The schedule we gave is 12:00AM - 8:00AM. There's a conflict. The posting says both: title says 2nd Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) $25.31/hr. +$1.00 Shift Differential. Then "Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for 2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight) reporting to the shift supervisor." This is contradictory. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop either. We need to include both shift times? Perhaps the posting has a mistake but we must include both. We could mention both: The position is for 2nd shift, with typical hours either 12:00AM‑8:00AM or 4:00PM‑12:00AM (midnight) as indicated. Or we could note both. Let's include both in schedule section: mention both time ranges. Thus schedule:2nd shift hours are listed as 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (with a $1.00 shift differential) and also as 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) for the 2nd‑shift LTC operator role reporting to the shift supervisor.
