Machine Operator (LTC Operator) - 2nd Shift (4:00PM - 12:00PM) $25.31/hr. +$0.75 Shift Differential
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Title: Machine Operator (LTC Operator) - 2nd Shift (4:00PM - 12:00PM) $25.31/hr. +$0.75 Shift Differential
We should not repeat job title as heading.
We need sections:
- About the role: maybe "Who we are looking for:" and description: "We are currently looking for 2nd Shift LTC operators (4:00 PM- Midnight) reporting to the shift supervisor. The metal forming LTC operator will be responsible for operating machines/sets of machines, which includes setup, operation, inspection, and adjustments of machinery. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area."
That's about role.
- Responsibilities: "What you will do: Machine Operator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then bullet list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "What you will bring:" list.
- Skills: maybe combine with requirements? Could have Skills section for abilities like Basic Math, ability to lift, etc.
- Benefits: "Benefits available include:" list.
- Pay: "As of the date of this posting, a good-faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $25.31/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors..." Also mention shift differential +$0.75.
- Schedule: The shift is given: 2nd Shift (4:00PM - 12:00PM) actually 4:00 PM - Midnight. So schedule info.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis." Also remove "Who we are:" maybe that's about company; could be part of About the role? Might be considered "About the company". Not required heading but could be included under About the role? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (maybe includes who we are looking for and who we are). But we should not repeat job title as heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like shift differential, pay, benefits list, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
