Machine Operator Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance in an industrial facility supporting diverse markets such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance tasks on equipment like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and mobile equipment.
• Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software.
• Operating tools and heavy equipment, understanding mechanical/electrical schematics, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience with electrical troubleshooting skills, control voltages, and VFDs.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work at heights, and in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• High school diploma or GED; legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills; planning and scheduling experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift operation, leadership, CMMS experience, and maintenance technical training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and calibration of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
