What You'll Be Doing

• Operate high-speed, multifunctional conversion equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and perform in-depth troubleshooting or escalate to maintenance.
• Adjust settings and parameters to meet varying material and product requirements.
• Review production plans and ensure machines are aligned with capacity and quality expectations.
• Recommend improvements to maximize throughput and reduce waste.
• Monitor line performance and assist in downtime recovery.
• Act as team lead for operators on assigned shift; delegate tasks and ensure SOP compliance.
• Train and mentor lower-level machine operators on setup, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to meet operational goals.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining complex production machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, drive mechanisms, and control interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead small teams or production cells.
• Comfort working with production software and data entry systems.
