Machine Operator I
Responsibilities
- Stack and pack boxes of product as they are produced from machinery.
- Label and form shipper cases.
- Breakdown, clean, and rebuild production machines during a product changeover.
- Change roll-stock on machines to meet production demands.
- Stage product totes to all packaging lines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and write English and follow written and verbal directions.
- Basic math and communication skills are required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment is required, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
