About the role
Fabricate high quality decorated signs out using water transfer processing to IPC specifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customer satisfaction. Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday; 12:30pm - 10:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Run production schedule
- Identify films and parts for dipping
- Full understanding of the Hydrographic dip tank
- Full understanding of Wash out tank operation
- Full understanding of paint mixing, and spraying
- Full understanding of water transfer process
- Full understanding of Macola and inventory control
- Process work orders as indicated
- Produce a high quality product
- Fabricate orders in date sequence
- Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees
- Assist in training of new employees
Requirements
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to use power tools and equipment
- Some computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
