About the role

Fabricate high-quality decorated signs using water transfer processing to IPC specifications in the Hydrographic division to ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 12:30pm - 10:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Run production schedule.
  • Identify films and parts for dipping.
  • Full understanding and operation of the Hydrographic dip tank.
  • Full understanding and operation of the wash-out tank.
  • Full understanding of paint mixing and spraying.
  • Full understanding of the water transfer process.
  • Full understanding of Macola and inventory control.
  • Process work orders as indicated.
  • Produce a high-quality product.
  • Fabricate orders in date sequence.
  • Maintain communications with all manufacturing and office employees.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and the ability to understand measurements.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
  • Ability to use power tools and equipment.
  • Some computer knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Authority & Job Relations

  • Reports directly to Hydrographic Lead.
  • Works with all manufacturing departments.
  • Authority to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety compliance.
  • Support company policies and procedures.
  • Report non-conforming material and safety non-compliance to management.
  • Make decisions on accept or reject according to quality specifications.
  • Make logical decisions based on experience and/or company policy.
