Machine Operator / Drying Technician - We Train!)

What You'll Do

• Operate specialized equipment that converts liquid materials into powdered products.
• Maintain product quality through routine quality checks during production.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Record production data and maintain accurate batch logs.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment after certification.
• Prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Communicate with team members to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (will train new team members).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, or dusty environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures.
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
