Machine Operator

What You Will Do

• Operate finishing and coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications
• Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training
• Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly
• Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers
• Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed

Schedule

Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Who You Are

• Experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams
• Open to cross-training and continuous improvement
